Comes down to Pixel v Galaxy for me. And with Pixel, the only way to remove the stupid nav bar line if you gesture nav (and also wasted space because of it in certain apps) is to root.

I shouldn’t have to root for that. Google could make it a developer option at least, but no.

So until that happens, it makes my choice easy: galaxy.

(No other hate for Pixels though. My wife has a Pixel 8 and my folks rock Pixel 7a’s. I actually had suggested Pixel phones to them and they love them.)
