But I can watch them from the PC Steam app and it opens them in my default web browser. You would think they could open a browser widget on the Deck to play them without breaking any legal contracts.
I just thought of it… I bet I can go to the Deck Desktop Mode and use the Steam app there to watch them.
Same. I have no idea why my X1X controller lags on some Steam Deck games, but not all of them. But now that you mention it, I only use a controller when the Deck is docked and displayed on the TV. Maybe it’s a problem with our TV settings and not the controller itself…
The Quell series is fun and sometimes challenging. Inexpensive too. They’re on Steam and mobile.
Update: Ordered old 64G Deck on the 11th. It’s arriving on the 15th. Took them 3 days to package it and notify me, and about 2 days for shipping.
Ordered mine yesterday. The old 64gb LED. No updates on shipping yet. I just hope I get it before the end of the year.
When I’m logged into the official Steam website (PC browser) I can see all of my games but none of my movies. The only place I can see my movies is in the PC Steam app. From there I click Play on one of them and it launches my default web browser and I can watch it there. I guess I could bookmark all of those url’s and sync my bookmarks to a browser on the Deck in Desktop Mode then install the browser as a non-Steam game and try running it in Deck Mode…
