For me it’s the d-pad. It feels weird when I press in one direction and then again it changes when I press it on another direction.

Isn’t it possible to change it back to the original slider? You have to go to settings->Display an disable it under: Enable Unified Refresh Rate Management

And what do we have to understand from this picture?

Did you apply the undervolt on all three at the same time and it’s unstable now? If yes, try to set them one by one. I believe applying the undevolt on the soc makes the deck very unstable.
