From NZ as well, question did you buy it from PB Tech? If so, and you haven’t taken it out of the box, I think you can return it within a week under the ‘Change of mind’ policy.

S23+ is amazing and the battery life is so good, don’t go for the exynos chip.

i got mine on special in 2021, about $110 off the original price. Still going strong, you’re right they are amazing earbuds.
Hate that stupid box design, it’s too big. I don’t need to spend that amount of money.
