What brands and where you getting them from?

Both magsafe and wireless for me.

Lots of options. Some I can suggest are:

Spigen, ESR, JetTech, Zagg, Invishield.

I love their stuff.

You can enable family sharing on your iOS devices. Like one user mentioning of all the settings you have control of, the main account holder can approve purchases being made from the app store.

I would take her into the store and have her demo the iphone models to see which best suites her. A hands on experience with the product is always the best solution to see what suites them more comfortably.

ESR makes some really good cases. Their kickstand is integrated where the camera is. You just have to pull the hinge back and it’s a kickstand on landscape mode. They sell them on Amazon.

If you know somebody that has an Android phone, tell them to download the app called ‘tracker detect’ it will detect any nearby air tags that may be lurking around you. The app is designed by Apple, btw so it’s safe to use.

Check for an update of an app to see if that resolves. If not, delete the app and reinstall again to see if that fixes the issue.

Are you charging multiple devices at the same time? If so, what wattage power brick are you using?

I find that happens to me often if I’m charging multiple devices at the same time, iPhone, Apple Watch, and Airpods, the watch will often go on and off for a bit and then it stops. Could be just the more gadgets you’re charging at once, it’s trying to break down its wattage output to each one. This’ just from the experiences I’ve had when I’m charging my devices.
