Not really, unless you do memory heavy/production stuff, I’m on 13700k and just switched from 3200CL16 two weeks ago to 4800CL18 (out of the same curiosity and I got it for cheap) which contributes almost nothing to games since I’m running on 1440p in the end it will be the GPU that is bottlenecking your system.

I mainly use my pc for gaming so first set PL1 to 75W and PL2 125W as 13700k is super efficient after some tuning

set offset mode - legacy and start with vcore -0.110 / RING - 0.020 and go from there.
