The Ally is better than the steam deck for newer titles since it is more performant and supports VRR (being able to play a game at 40-50 variable is a big upgrade over 30 fps lock) . For older stuff/emulation steam deck is better due to less power consumption.
What happens if you purchase more than 1 deck?
When I noticed that the LE went out of stock, I grabbed an 512GB one, but then the LE went back up and I grabbed an LE, so right now I have 2 orders. I’d actually like both of them to get delivered if possible and was wondering if they’d get cancelled because of ordering multiples.
I think the main issue is that given what we’ve seen in this thread it is possible that the BOE display might be more likely to develop a bad pixel than the Samsung display.
