considering the deck only has 4 cores im fairly certain thats why elden ring crashed. from my testing it actually uses 8 threads a lot on the deck. disabling smt isnt essential anymore on 3.5. the gains are marginal at best.

as long as you have a decent router yes. I moonlight it’s Nearly seamless for me. the router being in the same room I’m streaming from. Internet speed doesn’t matter. main thing Is a good 5ghz router and a wired gigabit ethernet connection between desktop and router.

could you please tell me how you even installed the epic version on the deck ? was actually thinking of rebuying the game on steam cause i cannot get it to work on the deck at all…
