I’m in the same state. I suspect it’s because it’s at label created state but hasn’t been picked up by fedex yet. You can try chatting with them (actual human) and get the full tracking number to check.

I called FedEx and had it auto detect that I had a shipment based on my number but couldn’t get the full one. The FedEx voice assistant is rather unhelpful and does NOT want to transfer you to an agent. I wound up chatting with a live person and managed to get the full tracking number.

The package has been sitting in Label Created status for two days now. I suspect that once it’s actually picked up and starts moving that I’ll get the actual trackable link in Steam, not that I need it now.

At least yours has departed. Mine’s been sitting at a status of “Label Created” for two days now. First world problems I guess.
