Which model is this? I would expect some from 2019 or later to be booting off an ssd already and this a 4core 8 thread 10 series cpu, ram is a bit low but laptops built on this chipset should be decently fast. If it’s reinstalling all the Lenovo shovelware that could be a consideration.
