The labels on the keyboard mean nothing (they’re only for you to tell what key is supposed to be what, mostly all keyboards are the same except the lettering). You can switch the keyboard layouts in your OS.

You could use it as a second screen with “Spacedesk” Not sure if it supports Android 4.1 though…

Microsoft PowerToys has a module to change any keys to a different one, so you could use that and make “volume up” be something else.

Perhaps try looking at the google photos app, maybe your phone has them backed up there
