These laptops are in very different categories Some are oled, some are gaming, some are 2in1, touch, etc… maybe you should get what you like or based on your needs? If you need gpu, go for the MSI, but if you want high portability gobwith surface pro Or if you want oled, check them out on display model in nearby store
I don’t know if factory reset will solve those problems, but yes I installed win11 by passpassing requirements (first gen intel. This device didnt even have TPM) It’s a bit tedious work. You have to download both win 10 and win11 installer. Make win10 installer flashdrive then replace a large size file to the win11 version( largest file you can find) The installer will say windows10 installer, but it will actually install windows11
