This is going to sound crazy, but money is easy to come by if you’re willing to look in places others are not. For example, I have a few dozen acres worth of pine needles that have fallen in the past few weeks. The grass isn’t growing anymore because it’s that time of year but if I leave the needles, it will end up killing it off. I had two options, mow them into like bits or rake them up. Then someone knocked on my door with a 3rd option, they asked if they could rake them up for me. I was so happy that I didn’t have to deal with them that I let them use my leaf blowers and tools. 3 days and a few loads, they collected them up. Why would anyone do this? Because he just made a few grand. He turns around and bundles them and sells them to landscapers for mulch and ground cover. Granted this is seasonal but the guy is making around $1500 a day right now. Cash. Obviously you’d need to have a trailer and find someone with needles to make the money but that isn’t the point. The point is that this guy thought outside the box and could buy a LE deck in half a days work. There are opportunities like this everywhere and the people who are taking advantage of them are reaping huge rewards. We all have 24 hours in our day, you determine how you want your 24 to be spent.
