Yes, so you actually wanna call the Apple support number and when you reach the first person say this, “I have an issue that the Apple Store was not able to fix, can you please escalate my call to a senior Apple care advisor” 9/10 times this is gonna get you through. If they push back, just politely keep pushing for a senior advisor. When you get to a senior care advisor explain your case and they’ll send you a link where you can upload any proof of the issue and they’ll see it right away. This is a slam dunk case if your watch is still in the one year warranty.
