  • Nah man, everyone says this but it isn’t true for a lot of parents. The first few weeks are like being stuck in a dream. You have no concept of time because you are waking up so much for feeding and comforting. But by 4-6 months, most kids are sleeping through the night. And they sleep a lot more than adults.

    So at 6 months, you are likely to be getting as much sleep as ever, unless you are the mom and breastfeeding, then you might have to wake up to pump.

    Also, don’t co-sleep. It is ruining your sleep and theirs. Put them in a crib, and move them out of your room once they start sleeping through the night.
