Yup. Make a new folder and I think it’s a long-press for the context menu that will let you move it.

I use a pretty cheap case that looks like a composition book. It has a slot that fits a stylus and compartment for tips. I didn’t bother with the Marker because I already had a compatible stylus (from an old Samsung) and was getting a Lamy because I like their grip. If you’re using the Marker, such a case should work.
