Paste this in launch options for any game:
MANGOHUD_CONFIG=fps_limit=40, no_display mangohud %command%
Its an environment variable I believe, something like this:
MANGOHUD_CONFIG=fps_limit=40, no_display mangohud %command%
Mine is already coming from IL already, so I think some are shipping quickly
