I wanted a new Apple Watch, was on the Series 4 for almost 5yrs. Had some birthday money and a nice gift card I could use for it. Needed something to motivate me to get my ass “off the couch” and track my off the couch movement on whatever i do. All the other things, bigger screen, battery, speed, are obvious. Decided to just go for it and I’ve had the AWU2 for a couple weeks, yes, it’s been worth it for me.
I have had my AWU2 for a couple weeks now and have tried both off and AOD. In off mode, the battery lasts longer and I’m so used to lift to activate that it didn’t matter there is AOD. With AOD, I notice a difference in usability but it only matters for me when I’m using it for some physical activity.
