If you have a good relationship with your neighbour and want to maintain that good relationship, IMO, the win-win way I’d personally go with is to go to eBay, find the sold-for prices from after the OLED announcement, average it and split the difference of what would have been the eBay fees.
You get something a little cheaper than with eBay; your neighbour gets something for a little more than if they’d sold it on eBay. Everybody wins.
