Why I’m hesitant on a pixel:

-Subpar SOC for it’s price

-Limited pixel UI and UI decisions that make me question my life.

I like one plus, but their cameras are sub par. Only 1080p30fps for the selfie camera in 2023? Bad.

I love them because Samsung has the ecosystem, the hardware, the software and the design that’s just better than any other android imo. They are truly the apple of Android.

I didn’t update, but I guess they got complaints about the swipe up not being the the menu where u can turn on wifi and stuff so I guess they switched it back. I honeslty wish they just did it like Samsung does with their watch or just make the widgets to the left side like it is on iPhone

Yup. Only take it off to take shower and to charge. It’s a watch, but you’re supposed to wear it

Mine did overheat once but after the update it hasn’t done that since. Mine is fine, no issues at all

Currently have an S23 plus and a 15 pro max. I just love the customization aspect that android has, being able use different launchers, change icons easily, way better widgets and plus the keyboard is way more robust. With RCS coming in 2024, Android is such a good option and the one main disadvantage(in the usa at least) should not be a disasvatange with RCS coming. If you truly love to tinker with your phone and make it truly how you want. Go android. Other than that, I don’t really see any disadvantages of using android phones. With Samsung the ecosystem is there. And all of the things I can do on my Samsung, I can do on my iPhone. I don’t care about imessage and FaceTime but the upgrade to multimedia messages will be awesome if RCS is implemented correctly.

You can have your photos backed up with Google photos on android and iPhone.

My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a built in clipboard.

If you wanted the best battery, I would’ve gotten the 15 pro max or 15 plus. The smaller pro has always only had like average battery life.

Apple watches don’t work with android at all. You can use air pods with android though and you can download a third party app to have most of the air pods functionality.

It’s something about the architecture of the cards. PS5 and Xbox series both have custom AMD gpus as well and COD designs around console experiences so yeah it makes sense that AMD gpus would be better suited

The pro max and plus variants pretty much outclass every android phone in terms of battery. The only phone I can think of that lasts longer is the Asus rog phone with the 6000mah battery which is insane. You got the worst iPhone in terms of battery. The minis have horrible battery so that’s on you for buying that phone. IPhones have great battery life and you wouldn’t need a magsafe battery pack if you got a plus or pro max variant or even the regular one.

Gets your phone pretty hot. Thermal throttled and froze on me twice when I tried to change resolution. But overall I’m liking it. Looks absolutely stunning on my 15 pro max and it’s amazing that they even got the game running on here with this amount of graphical fidelity. In game it runs pretty smooth.

Apple refuses to increase battery life on the regular Apple Watches which is dumb. They have horrible battery life. The ultra will gets me around 3-4 days of battery, got similar time with the watch 5 pro.
