I’ve found if you email Uk@fedex.com you will get a reply. It takes about 12 hours for a reply but they do reply.
I’ve been speaking to them today as they claim they made 4 attempts now which they haven’t and can’t even provide proof of attempts. I also can’t collect the parcel from a local hub, although I am tempted just to go and try my luck.
Framework are still haven’t got back to me so I’m currently in a stage of limbo
