That settings can stop power off without PIN, but if you just long press the power off combination key (eg. Side key + vol up key) for 10-15 sec, it will force power off without any PIN. Try it.

I’m aware that what I’m asking may seem overkill for many people. But if there is anything that may help even a little, it will be atleast better than nothing. Physical safety everyone is aware.
