i9 9900kf is the same processor I have. This processor is not made for crappy coolers. This thing runs very hot and needs a ton of cooling. I would recommend an AIO or a very very very beefy huge cooler. I would recommend at least a 240mm AIO or a 200 watt air cooler.
I have a Z63 NZXT and my processor runs 5Ghz all cores at 63 C.
