I just want to share my experience in simple points . This is my second Apple TV . I sold the first one . Am kinda super happy every time I use Apple TV with my SONY.

- Home Screen is more like 4k unlike pixelated ones found in other platforms.
- Impressive horsepower packed in a small box , everything is smooth even after years .
- Simple and pleasant UI
- Years of support .
- Better privacy.
- Multiple apps can run in background.
- Nice integration with other Apple products like iPhone , AirPods
- I like the remote , it just works with no problems .
- Maybe in future I would love to see more games with console level graphics as well as native higher refresh rate .
PS: hopefully TIM won’t ruin this product by coming up with a PRO version.
I love my Apple TV. The only complaint I have has to be that the audio is a lot quieter compared to the fire stick. When we would watch content on the fire stick the volume would be between 38 and 45 max. With the Apple TV I’m starting the volume at 54.
My other issue is probably a simple fix. My parents own a fire stick and can use the remote to turn on the fire stick, tv, and their sound bar. If the tv is on a different input you just have to hit the home button and the tv switches to the correct input. I tried to see if the Apple TV remote can do that with our tv and it can’t. It sucks because I’m getting calls almost daily about how Netflix or some other show has a black screen but audio plays
