Does anyone know how long shipping can take? I heard that people waited months until it shipped when the first version first came out. I hope shipping won’t take too long

    Ordered on the 20th, 10am. I got a shipped email this morning 25th. I have a tracking number but it doesn’t work currently, how longs delivery usually take after it’s been shipped. I live in the UK

    I ordered steam deck as soons as I got through the error messages at 19:25 cest - 25 minutes after the start.

    The status of the order says to this day only that it is packed. Why do I always feel like shit whenever I buy something that is not sold directly in Czech republic. Making me feel like I am subhuman or something.

      Same… ordered 20 min after launch so it should only take 3-5 business days for it to come according to steam but it’s only ”packaged” after a whole week

      I managed to order at 19:20 CEST and I am based in the Netherlands (which should be an advantage). Unfortunately, I am at the “Packaged items” stage as well.
      When I ordered the original unit in July this year, it took them 2 working days to dispatch it, and one more day for GLS to deliver.
      It is a pity that performance is worse this time, but I expected just that.

    Shipping never took months. What took months was the time until you were allowed to order.

    There’s no such thing with the OLED (at least not until now), so everyone who already ordered one should get it in the time frame Valve mentioned - 3-5 business days for the early buyers, 5-10 business days for the later buyers.

      + in EU GLS doesn’t pick up packets on saturdays, so we have to wait until monday (probably sunday night). They come from netherlands and in my case it will take 2-3 days to arrive in Germany and finally try to deliver => yesterday (friday) + 2-3 business days is still in “3-5 business days” what valve mentioned. It is unlucky that packages couldn’t get picked up on Friday but it is what it is.

      I wish, bought on the first minutes on launch and they only shipped Friday, 6th business day when they said it would take 3-5 days for delivery. Im never buying on launch again unless im not traveling like now cause it’s being a huge issue, was supposed to go today but can’t because it was still not delivered.

    Purchased on Nov21. Packaged on 22. Switched to shipping on 25. Received it today (27). Deck OLED. Europe, Netherlands, Utrecht.

      4 days later it’s till in Germany… -_- horrible delivery service, walking to the Netherlands and back would probably take less time… Two weeks and still not close to getting it

        Bought 25 min after release because of error messages ->
        23.11 parcel handed to GSL (Holland)
        24.11 parcel is in German.

        And now theres no updates. :( Because I live in Finland, even it gets to Finnish ground, I bet its staying in customs for 3-5 days. I hope I get it before xmas holidays.
