I spent last few years just learning a new language, even building up my career again and setting up my family and me financially comfortable. Now i can save while having spare money for games. The kid is me is happy.
Good luck for everything bro!
Thanks!1
Looking to do something similar in a couple months. Moving to Germany from America. Learning German is literally going to be a full time job but I know it’ll be worth it in the long run. Way to treat your self.
I’m happy for you my guy.
Good timing. I have the impression that the deck handles games up until 2019 very well. I mean the AA or AAA titles. Of course you will enjoy newer 2d games as well.
I just moved to another country, arrived yesterday. Now the deck is my main gaming device. Because my gaming pc is coming by sea freight.
Dad?
LMAO!
Bruh. Top tier comment right here.
Good for you. I hope everything works out for you!
Restarted your life?
When did New Game+ patch for life drop?
Welcome back brother
Happy for you my man. Enjoy your good time sir
I’m on the starting line of doing what you did and I’m scared as hell.
Know the feeling. Congrats!!!💪🏻
Congratulations
Welcome back! Hope the future is better than the past.
Hey I can relate on some level! My alcoholism took over my life, to the point of losing jobs, dropping out, and having to sell my PC to keep my habit going. After getting sober, and discovering the SteamDeck thru a friend after a AA meeting I set a goal. I saved every dollar I would have on alcohol, and saved up for the SteamDeck. I’m in a bunch better place now and have gotten my life back on track, after drinking every day since I was 16.
It’s crazy the OLED gets announced right as I reached that goal. Luckily I bought all my games on Steam (and couldn’t sell them for Vodka lol), so I cannot WAIT to have access to all my old games and saves again. I miss my Stardew farm so so much.
Congrats on getting your life on track, I hope everything is looking up for you.
Amazing work! ❤️
Bigger congrats to you bro! Thats a huge win!
How quickly did you end up saving enough?
Proud of you, G! :)
