My steam deck crashed while updating SteamOS and ever since when I boot up my steam deck it comes to this screen. (see picture)
Anyone know what this screen is or how to fix it? I can’t select anything in the menu and no buttons work. Also when holding down the power button to turn on the deck the white light doesn’t turn on and there is no chime sound.
Any help is appreciated!
Yah nothing works for me either. Just jumping through their hoops until they get me to send it in.
Seems like a massive oversight, hopefully someone at valve takes notice. This got at least a dozen people from posts I’ve found recently. Probably many more that haven’t specifically taken this issue to reddit.
