When I sleep my deck and wake it back up all the sounds are like “fuzzy” lol , I just wanted to put it out there. Simple reboot fixes it everytime but kinda annoying.
I reported it to Valve and they told me to reinstall SteamOS
Pleas report it, maybe they will do something with this bug (cope)This happens to me but only when I launch chrome from inside game mode. Weird
I used to have this extremely infrequently. Now, with 3.5, I get it so often that it basically ruins the whole experience for me. I even get random crackles in game too. Something is really wrong with this update.
Go on the official forums and report it because Valve isn’t going to look here for bugs.
I don’t know how to do the real form, but I’ll learn 🙂 I think we should all report it in one big group at once so it’s like a flood of “don’t forget about us OG LCD believers”
I experienced this last night just flipping through the UI and settings menus
Playing fallout sometimes I find if I sleep the screen, the game will play at a higher speed when it turns on.
Mine, when playing Burnout Paradise Remastered on the Switch, it runs perfect, but if I put it to sleep and wake it up again, game has odd slowdowns every 3-4 seconds, no frame drops, simply as if the game slowed down. It fixes also with a reboot, but didn’t happen before 3.5 either.
Please post it to valve
The audio crackling and the 200/1040 MHz GPU bug with the new 3.5.5 update has pretty much killed my deck gaming. Heavy stuttering and audio crackling. Trying to figure out if I can revert to the previous 3.4 update.
Thankfully I’m not the only one having this issues, thought I blew my speakers out 😭
Me too! Lol

Had this issue ended up being the TDP
I have it uncapped? Hmmm
Death road to Canada has very noticeable crackles from time to time. Hope it’s fixed soon! Audio crackle is the only issue I’ve had on 3.5.
i change the buffer size from 1G to 4G and no more crackling sound for me
Mine was in sleep mode sitting on the main menu with no game running. Turning it on just got it stuck on a permanent black screen, can still hear menu stuff in the background but there’s no video. Had to hold power button for hard shutdown. 3.5.5 stable.
