Anyone in the UK received their new OLED Steam Deck yet?
Status now: In transit. Parcel left the parcel center (Netherlands) last night at 10:20pm
I just received my 512 Steam Deck OLED and it came without the white box containing the power adapter, the valve tag on the steam deck case is still intact so maybe i will just buy another adapter on ifixit.com.
Just speak to customer service before you go off buying your own. Makes no sense to let them off the hook without giving you what you paid for.
Order placed at 6:22pm (gmt). Still sitting at Packaged Items (1TB model)

Ordered mine at 18:21 on Thursday, been packaged since Friday, still no updates
Got an update this morning around 10am. It has been shipped. GLS tracking number given. Probably recieve it Thursday/Friday.
I’m in the UK, and received an email from valve at 6:29 this morning, saying that my steam deck OLED (512Gb) was preparing to ship.
The email included a GLS tracking link, which currently states “The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.”
What time did you place your order on Thursday?
Mines still stuck on that from yesterday morning 😿
24h that i have the tracking number but GLS didnt pick anything yet…
Mines been 2 days and they haven’t picked it up 🤢
Is it not going to come via Evri? How are we doing in regards to them “losing” the shipments?
On my first Deck they “lost” twice, until I had them deliver to a different address!
No they use GLS, which hands it over to ParcelForce (Royal Mail) once in UK :)
I’m in England. Ordered 2hrs after release. Mine has a tracking number since Sunday, and is now saying it’s on its way to final parcel centre… whatever that means
Got it 40min after release and same… it’s saying that for three days now 😂

So my screen protector has just been delivered and my oled sd is out for delivery today too… That’s perfect timing 😊
I’ve just checked my email and royal mail say they are delivering a parcel tomorrow from Aramex??? so I’m guessing thats it
