What a piss take. My brother ordered on my behalf within an hour of release and it’s still at the packaging stage. I literally could have ordered on my own account three hours later and had it by today based on how random this process seems to be.

Same happening in the UK. Unfortunately the delivery side of things is really letting them down.

Just speak to customer service before you go off buying your own. Makes no sense to let them off the hook without giving you what you paid for.
