I leave for a trip next week Thursday. I ordered an oled on Saturday and it shipped out Monday, as expected. The estimate is 3-5 working days. The first three events clicked off like clockwork (very similar to both my and my mates LCD shipping times from a couple months ago). The next legs are when it’s hit UK and then gets delivered, but I’m not seeing any updates.
I wouldn’t be too worried if I wasn’t needing it next week, but yeah. Just curious whether other UK based purchasers are seeing similar. Not sure I want to contact support unless I reach the 6 day mark, of course at that point it’d probably be too late to reorder.
Tell me I’m panicking unnecessarily and the courier company has a lot of packages on order during the black Friday rush…

Ordered mine(512gb Oled model) late Sunday night(26th) and it has just arrived now(Midday Thursday 30th). So 4 business days in the end. Seems GLS have shit the bed at some point for a lot of people. They went dark on my notifications for a day and a half/two days, but I kind of expected that as it was coming from overseas. Really hope all you guys still waiting get some good news soon.
Mine’s also been stuck in the Netherlands limbo, but the last update was yesterday
Mine took 3 working days after GLS said they received it to get to parcel force. The 3-5 working days only started on the 27th (as it’s from the date GLS actually pick it up, not the label print date). I’d expect parcelforce to get it today and deliver tomorrow judging from my timescales, which means the 3-5 working days is correct. Keep an eye on your emails for notification from parcelforce, or check their tracking on parcelforce directly. My GLS tracking didn’t update that parcelforce had it till the day it was delivered (and even then it didn’t say it was delivered till the day after I got it).
I ordered mine on a wednesday and got it the following week on wednesday, was supposed to get it on friday but had to reschedule for monday but got delayed till wednesday
You whinging lot know it’s getting close to Christmas in addition to recent black Friday sales, so couriers are getting smashed.
As the original steam deck owners who went through the reordering process, calm the hell down. It’s coming a lot sooner than what they had to wait.

When I ordered mine about a year ago, it was stuck on the same status as this. I got an email one morning saying it was arriving and this section never updated.

i orded mine on the 14th this month although it was a 512gb lcd version got it the 18th so most likely either a mix of sale and the fact the oled just kinda came out

(UK also) I ordered mine on day 1 of the OLEDs releasing and it arrived last Monday (27th).
I ordered mine on the 19th and it is still in transit, last update on tracker was on the 27th Netherlands. Edit: based in Ireland
UK here, too. Mine left the parcel centre on 26/11 and is due for delivery today, so, if yours goes like mine, you’ll get a parcelforce email soon and it should arrive tomorrow/Saturday. Fingers crossed for you! The wait after “left the parcel centre” is painful!

I ordered a Steam Deck and the Dock for it off ebay and a bunch of different Christmas gifts around the 24th and the dock has been stuck at a facility for 2 days before it started moving and what sucks is that the facility it was at is like a 3 hour drive from where I am right now

Bro mines not even gotten past the initial GLS IT system message. Check parcelforce to see if they have it. Way more progress than me and a lot of others
