  • London, UK customer here.

    Order placed Nov 16th @ 7.30pm (1.5 hours after launch due to checkout issues).

    Got stuck in “Packaged Items” for 7 days till 24th November.

    24/11/2023 - The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.

    25/11/2023 20:57 - The parcel was handed over to GLS.

    25/11/2023 21:07 - The parcel has left the parcel center.

    Still stuck “In Transit” 4 days later.

    Today is day 13 after ordering and I’m convinced GLS stands for “Going Leisurely Somewhere”





  • Ordered November 17th @ 19:20pm

    “Packaged Items” until now November 24th (8 days after ordering).

    Put in a customer support ticket two days ago November 22nd.

    Answer received today November 24th.
