UK based here, has anyone received their OLED yet? Ive still not received the dispatch email. Just the receipt. Itll be 2 weeks this Thursday and Im starting to get nervous.

I checked my portal this morning and it says it’s out for delivery today, but didn’t get an email about it.
I ordered on the same day and mine says " The parcel is on its way to the final parcel center. Its been like this since the 24th Nov
That’s normal, you’ll get an update soon.
That changed for me only at the delivery day (today). If its GLS you should got a estimate for the delivery day.

will you open a complaining ticket to Valve? Is it too early to write to support?
I did ticket to steam, they said the expedited delivery time after GLS take over is 5-10 days for UK, GLS has a contact section at the bottom of their tracking page

GLS won’t have any further updates once it’s handed off to parcelforce (as far as I’m aware), so you’re best off using the ‘Parcel Force parcel number’ that GLS provided and tracking it here: https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace
Yep, UK received on Friday. Hope you get an update in the next couple of days, otherwise I’d say ping support and ask.
Ordered mine 19th (sunday) it’s been in transit since Saturday to final parcel center. I’m guessing I’ll get it by end of this week.
Mines has arrived today. Just need to install my 2TB drive and it’s going to be a fun evening!
You should have a tracking number once they email to say it’s been dispatched.

Ordered a 1TB on the 24th and got shipping information yesterday.
With the holidays upon us, everybody is going to be making orders. I used to work at UPS during this time and i understand first hand the state of parcel services this time of year. Im sure the UK is a bit different in some areas but for the most part its the same.
With that said, at least your not a day 1 adopter like us back in 2021. With Covid and the supply chain and chip shortages, I was on the waitlist for 11 weeks and On top of that another 2 for shipping. Many others had it worse. Im greatful it isnt like it was.
I received mine last Thursday, delivered by Parcelforce. I ordered mine an hour after launch.
Mine was delivered by ParcelForce last Thursday a couple of days after receiving the dispatched email. I wasn’t in and they left it at my front door at 11am in the rain until I got home at 5pm even though I specified no safe spot and deliver it to a neighbour… luckily it wasn’t stolen or broken

Nope. Ordered it on launch day, it was shipped last monday so Its a week now. But gls isnt recievong it and Ceva, the sender, cant help me. So I contacten steam and waiting for an answer. I think they lost it
Delay should be expected with the BF weekend. I ordered Friday morning 17th and I received the dispatched notification on the 24th. Probably stuck at customs.
Customs: there’s a suspicious amount of these “Steamdeck”s coming in suddenly. 👀
