will you open a complaining ticket to Valve? Is it too early to write to support?

Mine is prepared and with the label sticked to the parcel for 3 days, but apparently, the parcel is not handed yet to GLS… My wish of being playing this weekend is diluted :(

so it is that easy… I asked because I am a total noob and didn’t want to mess too much just in case reinstalling without priorly unstalling can break something…
