Mine is from last friday packed and waiting in storage…. Friend from poladn prdered same day and he recive it today.
NL, out for delivery today
Patience guys
Same, it’s been 3 days for me and the courier has yet to pick up the package from the sender in the Netherlands.
I’m from Poland.
At least you got a tracking number, I ordered on Thursday right after release and I’m still stuck on ‘Packaged items’.
Mine is prepared and with the label sticked to the parcel for 3 days, but apparently, the parcel is not handed yet to GLS… My wish of being playing this weekend is diluted :(
Same for me :(
Same…
Ah, my people! Sitting in the same boat, so it’s nice to know it isn’t just mine that’s been in limbo for days!
Fingers crossed for us all!
Mine started shipping yesterday and its still in the Netherlands
Yesh, I don’t understand why it’s bouncing from warehouse to warehouse in the netherlands, instead of being shipped to my country already
Probably because they are not hiring a guy to drive a whole truck for 1 guys steam deck, probably picking up other orders that are just on the way to you or also to your country
When I ordered mine just after Christmas it looked like it was lost to the Nether;lands, a day later it showed up by Parcelforce (UK). Think it took 5 days from order to delivery
it said it was going to be delivered ‘‘on the next working day’’, meanwhile it’s still stuck in Netherlands
My packet has been already 32h in the ”not yet handed over to GLS” stage
Ordered mine 18:19 uk time and has been sitting with GLS at preadvice since 11:21 on 21st.
I’m guessing delivery will be Monday.
My previous deck had the same sort of pattern.
Ordered on a Thursday, ended up in the UK by the following Friday then delivery on Monday.
the lack of any obvious pattern or logic is whats killing me. Maybe Valve could post a tour of their shipping facility and explain how it works. People ordering hours or even a day later to the same country shouldn’t be shipping earlier. Human error I can understand but not knowing is the worst. Compounded by the GLS black hole… (and not helped by ‘3-5 business days’ which for Europe I think barely anyone got - delivery Tuesday would be 3 business days?
