germany. mine was supposed to arrive from 8:30 to 10:00 its 09:58 now and last update i got is from the 23rd november

(UK) Today is the day! Like many others who ordered on launch day, my deck is finally due for delivery today! I’m just praying that Parcelforce don’t get up to their usual shenanigans and claim an attempted delivery when they don’t come close to my house!

Nothing on mine no email no tracking on parcel force only the same 2 entires on gls. With last one saying left parcel centre on 22nd

Another 12 hours have pasted. How can they not be scanned into the uk. Thinking to my self the lorry as had all the stock stolen. Who knows

My shipment is stuck at “The parcel is expected to be delivered during the day” its been on that status since the 23rd. It updates the date everyday but with the same message. It’s in the UK somewhere

My SD is stuck in the “The parcel has left the parcel center.” hell as of 26/11/2023. I have high (although too optimistic) hopes that it gets delivered by Friday (December 1).

Anyone know if its possible to ship a steam deck to heathrow airport. I will be transiting through in a few weeks. Steam decks are not sold in my country.

Apparently Parcelforce tried to delivery my parcel this morning (on a sunday?) and no one was in.

Only problem being they didnt, no card was left and I’ve been in all day :(

Tracking shows attempted delivery 40 mins after leaving the warehouse so I’m guessing they just didn’t bother.

Well guys, I’m pretty sure most of our decks stuck in the Netherlands have just been stolen by now. All that’s left to do is keep spamming Valve support and hope those clowns can provide a decent response.

UK here and placed my order yesterday. After reading this thread I feel like I was naive in thinking the 3-5 business day delivery lead time was accurate… Has anyone actually received their deck?

My parcel is currently with Parcelforce (UK), marked as being in the delivery depot being prepared for delivery. But here’s the catch, it’s 200miles away from me… in Preston! This entire process has been a disaster and has certainly diminished the excitement of getting the deck for me 😅

Ordered 6.25pm on release day. Got email this morning saying delivery on Monday.

Does anyone else tracking page for some reason say that “The parcel has left the parcel center” twice?

The second entry was like 4 hours after the first one 🤔

Has anybody got contact details for GLS? my second order has been packaged and tracking number created. Going to try to contact them to remind them how to do their jobs right
