Well that’s different!! I have an estimated delivery date with my second order. Release day order still nothing.

Oh Christ, my second order has just been sorted at the national hub Coventry!! LOL.

Let’s see if this one makes it to Northern Ireland and we will then know which parcelforce advisors have been talking shit this whole time!

I called to the Belfast parcel depot in the slim hope it was just sitting there, but no. Guys were friendly but could only say its quite a busy time and unfortunately have to wait.

I’m all out of ideas now so I guess we wait!

Im not long off the phone with parcelforce who have informed me that parcels actually HAVE to go to coventry central hub before coming to Northern Ireland and she has no idea why the previous customer advisors told me any different.

She was able to tell me that because it was scanned in coventry, it is most likely still there but has been misplaced. So she has now organised for someone to do a walk around of the site to find the item.

If not found, they will email me stating so and I can forward that email to Valve for a refund or exchange as they will be able to claim back the money for the lost parcel.

I don’t even know what to believe anymore

Has anybody got contact details for GLS? my second order has been packaged and tracking number created. Going to try to contact them to remind them how to do their jobs right

I’ve given up hope of my original order arriving in Northern Ireland and just ordered another. Hopefully my second order comes through.

Contacted steam for refund on first order.

Never been a PC gamer so i’ve spent £100 on games and another £25 on sd card in the last week, not much use without the steamdeck though 🤣

Parcelforce have just got in touch with me to say that because my package was sent to Coventry instead of Dublin then it would incur customs charges and will therefor be returned to sender! I’m in N.Ireland by the way. No deck for me, don’t know what to do now as I don’t have a spare £500 to put in another order
