    Im not long off the phone with parcelforce who have informed me that parcels actually HAVE to go to coventry central hub before coming to Northern Ireland and she has no idea why the previous customer advisors told me any different.

    She was able to tell me that because it was scanned in coventry, it is most likely still there but has been misplaced. So she has now organised for someone to do a walk around of the site to find the item.

    If not found, they will email me stating so and I can forward that email to Valve for a refund or exchange as they will be able to claim back the money for the lost parcel.

    I don’t even know what to believe anymore

      I phoned them yesterday Monday and the women on the phone told me the same thing, that the parcels have to go through Coventry customs and then to Northern Ireland and that it can take 1 - 2 weeks.

      PF just replied to me to say that that my item which is in the Coventry national hub was going back to the sender as it should have gone to Dublin (not sure if they are confusing NI and IE). I don’t think of any of service reps have a clue what is happening.
