I’m NI and in the same batch as you so that is good info. They replied to me 2 days ago basically telling me to wait longer. I’ve followed up my ticket again just now. Wonder if I’ll get the same help you got.

Hopefully it moves on soon. Mine (NI) reached the parcel centre on the 22nd and is still there!

PF just replied to me to say that that my item which is in the Coventry national hub was going back to the sender as it should have gone to Dublin (not sure if they are confusing NI and IE). I don’t think of any of service reps have a clue what is happening.

Same for me. Seems people from NI in the shipment after ours are receiving them. My friend ordered the day after me and got his on Saturday.
