    Just got this from Steam this morning:

    “Thank you for reaching out to us again.

    Regarding the delay from us, our sincere apologies for any unpleasant experience it may have caused.

    We have proceed another shipment for you and you will receive another tracking infomation via a Steam email when it is on the way.”

    So it looks like my original order is lost somewhere! Sounds like something definitely went wrong and they’re trying to fix it, so hopefully others in the same boat will get something sorted.

    Context: Northern Ireland, ordered 20mins after launch, shipped 20th, last update 22nd to say it’s at UK national depot and then radio silence.

      This is useful information. I’ve contacted support to ask them to cancel my order and immediately issue a refund due to it being lost in transit, since neither GLS nor Parcelforce know where it is.

      Looks like you have had a result there. After raising a support ticket myself two days ago, they say items will normally arrive within 8 business days after shipped (20th). Well today is day 8 (from placing order on 16th!) and still no change on Parcelforce /GLS site from the 22nd at arrived at sorting hub. I’ve sent a reply looking another update so will just have to hope I get a similar result as yourself.

        I would ask to send it out again.

        I attached screenshots of my Twitter conversation with Parcelforce when they told me it should have been routed via GLS Ireland, so maybe that helped push them along a bit!

      I’m NI and in the same batch as you so that is good info. They replied to me 2 days ago basically telling me to wait longer. I’ve followed up my ticket again just now. Wonder if I’ll get the same help you got.

        Fingers crossed!

        I attached screenshots of conversations with Parcelforce on Twitter, so maybe that helped push my case along a bit.

        It does seem quick even then for them to turn around and just send another one out, so I feel like behind-the-scenes they know something has gone wrong.
