I ordered two days before you and still don’t have mine.

I phoned them yesterday Monday and the women on the phone told me the same thing, that the parcels have to go through Coventry customs and then to Northern Ireland and that it can take 1 - 2 weeks.

They have a phone number you can ring btw, though I’ve already called them and it wasn’t much use.

Mines been at “Your parcel has been sorted at our hub and is on its way to our delivery depot” since the 22nd
