Parcelforce have just got in touch with me to say that because my package was sent to Coventry instead of Dublin then it would incur customs charges and will therefor be returned to sender!
I’m in N.Ireland by the way.
No deck for me, don’t know what to do now as I don’t have a spare £500 to put in another order
Surely that can’t be right…as far as parcel force is concerned NI is some backwater in the UK. I think they list it on their documentation as zone 2 or 3. A Google would tell you so that you can argue the point
This exact same thing happened to me recently with a pair of shoes delivered from NL to NI. GLS sent it to England instead of Dublin and they never arrived. I’m terrified the same thing will happen with my Steam Deck now too.
