UK here and placed my order yesterday. After reading this thread I feel like I was naive in thinking the 3-5 business day delivery lead time was accurate… Has anyone actually received their deck?
I ordered immediately on launch day and it is due to arrive tomorrow. So that’s 7 working days (11 days total). Mine didn’t leave the warehouse until 4 working days after I ordered it so hopefully they are over the initial rush and yours will arrive sooner 🤞🏻
I still haven’t gotten mine. I ordered it at launch when they fixed the checkout problems. My dock is in transit. My Steam Deck is not even handed yet to GLS… only the tracking number. I don’t even know how that’s possible. I’m wondering if I should open a ticket

Lots of people received it, lots of people who bought at launch time don’t. It’s completely random at this point
