Watching Plex, youtube, tinkering with linux stuff, and now I’m going to use it as a “monitor” for my server so I don’t need to haul a whole ass monitor there.

I am on 10 Business days since I ordered. No updates since 22nd

I’m still waiting for mine and I ordered it on release 20 minutes after. Not in UK, but I’m starting to get pissed. I submitted a ticket and they said it’s normal and that after it shows “shipped” it should get to me in 8 days max. In 22 it was registered to GLS, but not handed. No updates since then. Monday would be the 8th day. I made another request yesterday to tell them to check if it’s not stuck in the warehouse or something because at this rate I’m not getting it this week… And maybe not even next week. I wanted to tinker with it so badly in these free days.

Mine is still stuck. Got my dock. The delivery guy was like “this is 1 of 2 packages. The other one needs to be delivered too” I was like yeah… It’s still stuck in the Netherlands. He was like “yeah, don’t worry I’ll call you when it gets here”. Appreciate it mister delivery person 🥲

I mean, if you already have a good tv and a good PC and you want to play from your couch, why would you have a Steam Deck? You could’ve just used a streaming app if there is any on your TV or just buy a streaming device

I still haven’t gotten mine. I ordered it at launch when they fixed the checkout problems. My dock is in transit. My Steam Deck is not even handed yet to GLS… only the tracking number. I don’t even know how that’s possible. I’m wondering if I should open a ticket

Does it stream hdr too? That’s what I’m really curious about.

I have mine since the launch, so 2 years. I will upgrade it because the screen and battery were my only complaints. Everything else is just a bonus. I currently have the 1tb version and I will sell it to a friend to buy the new version. So basically I’m getting a 50-60% discount. Ofc I’m selling at a decent discount because he’s my friend and I’m happy to see it in his hands.
