Since the massive 25th anniversary update added Deck support, I was wondering if anyone has been playing it and what your thoughts are on how it feels on the Deck.
I’m a long-time PC gamer and I’ve played this series many times through. I always struggle with FPSes on controllers and have thus far not been able to find a flow with the Deck’s trackpads.
I’ve been messing with HL1 on Deck and having a hard time with it not feeling super natural. Has anyone been playing it on the Deck and if so, how are you finding it?
I’ve been having a good experience playing the game on deck, I do useboth gyro and trackpads with the ability to select weapons through trackpad clicks. I would recommend trying it out, and even though I don’t personally like having it on I would also recommend turning aim assist on.
