Any experience with this?
I have a 30 month old SD card (Samsung Pro Plus) with a supposed warranty of 10 years. Samsung states here (german: https://www.samsung.com/de/support/warranty/ ) that the vendor (in this case Amazon.de) is responsible for handling those warranty claims.
Amazon.de refuses, as the national regulation of 2 years of Mängelhaftung have passed.
So, is there any way to claim the warranty? It is like Samsung saying “visit to our office on the moon, but that is opened only on Febuary, 30th, and only between Sundays and Mondays.”
I am curious, whether someone knows how to handle this.
Spending a lot of time (and expecting others to do the same) on a 30 months SD card? Seriously?!
He has a 10 year warranty, why wouldn’t he? It’s not like he’s in the wrong.
because the time wasted might cost more than a new card
