I’d like to get this to save money but if it’s not worth it I’ll just get the 4080. I’m switching to pc and vr from console cause I’m tired of missing out. Also would like to use it with virtual desktop to stream movies etc.

In Linux, the 7900XTX just works in VR. I still haven’t much luck with the 4090.
I stopped playing Elite Dangerous on AMD due to a year of bad driver support. NVIDIA works.
AMD has a good card but I think the driver support is what’s holding it back.
