After the update, when I make or receive a call, the screen goes white then has a popup that says “Phone keeps stopping”, “Call keeps stopping”, or “CallBGprovider keeps stopping.”
I was able to install the google phone app, so I can make and receive calls now, but I would like to use the samsung one. Anyone know of an easy fix. I already cleared the cache of Phone, Calls, and CallBGprovider and it didn’t fix it.
It’s Samsung’s phone app. Download the “Phone by Google” app and make it default. Should fix the issue
IT’S NOT THE POINT HERE. I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER APP AND MAKE IT DEFAULT TO MAKE A PHONE CALL AND ALSO GUESS WHAT THIS STILL BRINGS UP THE PHONE APP. WHEN YOU GET A CALL
