So many sales! I feel like I can never catch up. Almost everything on my wishlist is on here. I think I’m going to get Axiom Verge 1 and 2 bundled together, maybe Ori and the blind forrest, and hollow knight.
Only thing I was hoping to see that’s not on here is Nier:Automata.
Not automata is so good for Deck.

AV1 is a beautiful love letter to Super Metroid. And now it has a built in randomizer for infinite replayability. Yeah, it’s got genre typical back and forth wandering, but it’s also one of the cooler environments I’ve seen in a metroidvania. And the bosses can be hella tough, but it’s rarely unfair. 9/10 overall, but a 10/10 “classic” metroidvania in my book, hits every trope just right.
AV2 feels like a note passed to Castlevania saying “do u liek me? Check one. Yes/no”. It’s more reliant on awkward melee/short range and the controllable drone, and iirc, only the final boss is required. You can literally just walk past any boss you can’t beat. The level design is neat, but not as memorable as the original game.
Hollow Knight is a 10/10 game and a 11/10 metroidvania.
