My steam deck OLED worked for an hour then went DEAD DEAD? Like the little light won’t turn on when plugged in. Nothing. I was playing subnautica(FOR 20 mins) when it just stopped.
I just received my LE and I have 3 dead pixels.

Return it if it bothers you. On a large OLED screen, it happens… - but on a low-res screen this size, I’d send it back.

Don’t know if it works on a OLED display….BUT: ❗️⚠️TRY AT OWN RISK ⚠️❗️-> I have had good results by flipping against dead pixels with your index finger at LCD Displays. Gently but not too gentle.
You can’t really fix dead pixels, if it doesn’t bother you keep it, and if it does, the only thing you can do is have it replaced
RMA it, that’s what warrantees are for.

Not a single dead pixel is acceptable, return it immediately.
A couple of dead pixels on a 4K OLED TV are normal and expected, but on a handheld device you hold so close to your face at a lower resolution, I think 1 dead pixel is too much.
Mine arrives tomorrow and I dread noticing a dead pixel. I’m not going to look for it, but if I see one while using it normally I’ll RMA.
I was playing mine last night and it looks amazing. I’m kind of just assuming that mine has, or will have, a dead pixel at some point. I’m not about to go looking for it, though. Sucks that yours is in a tough spot to ignore.
